   Statement of Shannon Tedders, dated April 13, 1997 detailing information given to my defense attorney Bruce Kaplan as to the man she observed coming out of the wooded area where Gunnarsson’s body was found. She observed the man on December 4, 1993, which is the same day the state claimed the victim was killed.

   Voluntary Discovery form dated June 11, 1997 where District Attorney Tom Rusher finally turned over Beth Pitt’s statement of September 5, 1995 that Rusher had in his possession for nineteen months and which was only turned over to the defense twelve days before the start of my trial. Even though the District Attorney was under a court order to provide all statements to the defense dated May 17, 1996 he deliberately withheld Pitt’s statement of September 5, 1995 from the defense for nineteen months.
